Shipping:
FREE for orders over $350.00
$8.00 for Express/Expedite in Canada
$10.00 for USA and Overseas (call/email for quote for other countries othe than North America) At time of receiving you order, well will confirm within 24 hours if items are in stock or not. If any items are currently out of stock, we will advise you at time of order the expected date of arrival for you items.

Stock items will be shipped with in 3 working days of confirmation of payment.

Returns & Exchanages:
We at Xtreme Intimates do not give refunds, we will exchange the item if it has not been worn and the tags remain on and the garment is in new shape. You will need an authorization number before shipping the product back to us and shipping is not refundable or reimbursable.

Refunds:
We will ONLY refund a product if we have not met our promise to you.
Packaging:
Your package will arrive in a discreet package.
